Jomi Eisuke (1839-1899) was a Kyoto master craftsman who exhibited extensively at National Industrial Exhibitions in 1881, 1890 and 1895 and also won numerous overseas prizes at international exhibitions in Philadelphia (1876), Paris (1878, 1889 and 1900 ), Chicago (1893), St Louis (1904) and the Great Britain-Japan Expo in London (1910).
