A large Japanese solid silver vase depicting 4 flying cranes. Gilted eyes, dark feathers and copper paws.
Signed Eihō 英鳳 on the back, the base with Junjin (pure silver hight quality) 950+ high grade silver.
Artist from the Niigata Prefecture knew for his hammering technique, Ogawa Eiho was the pupil of Ito Katsuhide.
Meiji-Taisho period 1920 ca.
